Nollsie Joins Lenovo’s Legion of Champions

Shannon “Nollsie” Noll is now leading a new esports team named Motley Squad. At Lenovo’s Legion of Champions Series IV competition in November, it’s time for challengers to step up.

Registrations are open until 14 November, amateur teams will battle it out in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO).

The competition takes place across the weekend of 15-17 November. Finalist teams for LoC IV will face-off in an intense international Grand Final showdown, to be held at Pantip Mall in Bangkok, 12 – 14 December 2019.

A total combined prize pool of USD $89,100 (AUD $130,000) across two games is the largest of any LoC tournament yet. The winning team for PUBG will walk away with USD $4,000 and USD $10,000 worth of Legion devices. Also the winners for CS:GO will receive USD $5,000 and USD $12,500 worth of Legion devices.

In addition, this year’s LoC is also calling for the best female gamers in the region to compete in the Legion of Valkyries (LoV). LoC’s first ever all-female tournament will see female gamers battling it out in CS:GO. The LoV has been developed to create additional opportunities for female gaming enthusiasts.
